Smaller is better

Not to say that the megalithic distillers and importers don’t have wonderful spirits, but generally you get a better quality, meaning better boozing, if you stick with smaller companies.

None of the organic alcohol manufacturers are large, primarily because getting organic raw ingredients is not easy and is more expensive.  They can’t start up a new brand, say like Captain Morgan, and flood liquor stores for market share.

Here at the Doctor Jack University Memorial Medical Mixing Center, of the 75 odd pharmaceuticals we regularly prescribe, only a handful are made by large companies.  And frankly those were just payments for previous treatments.
