The Purple Haze

A shape changing cocktail

This drink is so simple you can make it while you are in…, yes, a Purple Haze.

Fill a shaker with ice and Square One Organic Vodka.  Add seven blackberries — yes, we are pseudo scientists, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t superstitious.  Shake like bobble head doll in an earthquake.  Really shake it.  Microstrain into a chilled martini glass garnish with three blackberries; superstition again.

Aside from this drink being a perfect before dinner drink, it changes while you drink it.  As the drink warms, the micro-particles of blackberry form swirls as the start to attach to each other.

For after dinner, you can add a touch of Chambord.
